D&M is operating a little differently than usual under Red of the Traffic Light System, with heightened hygiene and social distancing protocols. Please read below to understand what’s required of you as a client.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
… Be vaccinated. Everyone entering the premises must present their My Vaccine Pass, as mandated by the government.
... Be alone. Only booked clients are allowed into the salon. Unfortunately, that means no guests are permitted, including children, colleagues, pets or partners. Babies in prams are permitted.
... Be booked. Turn up only at your booked time, and please only turn up if you have a booking.
... Be masked. Face masks are now mandatory for all salon staff and clients.
... B.Y.O. Please bring your own refreshments, water bottle and reading materials, as drinks service and magazines are unavailable during Red to minimise hand touchpoints. Please take all rubbish with you.
... Be healthy. If you’re experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, call ahead to reschedule to another time.
… Be there. Cancelling within 24 hours or no-shows incur a fee of 100% of the service.
AT THE SALON
... Sanitise your hands as soon as you arrive and regularly throughout your time at the salon.
... Present your My Vaccine Pass to reception.
... Scan in using the Covid-19 Contact Tracer App QR code on display at our front desk
... We miss you, but sadly we won’t be able to hug, kiss or shake hands.
... Single-use medical masks will be provided.
... We can't take your jackets, so please keep all your personal belongings with you.

The D&M experience is different than usual, as we are following the full health and safety guidelines provided by the government and industry. But don’t you worry, the music is pumping as we fulfil our duty to make you look and feel fantastic.

…Only one hairdresser works on a client at any given time.
…Hand sanitiser is provided around the salon.
…We are meticulously sanitising our stations, chairs, benches and tools between every client.
…Paywave is available for contactless payment.
