We understand that life can get busy and things can come up unexpectedly, and we want to make sure that our cancellation policy is clear and fair. We know that late cancellations and no-shows can be a problem for us, our team, and our clients on the waiting list. To prevent this from happening, we will send you a reminder at least 48 hours before your appointment. When you receive this reminder, please let us know if you can attend or if you need to reschedule. If we don't receive a confirmation from you, we will try to contact you using the information you provided. However, if we are unable to confirm your appointment by the day of your booking, we may have to offer it to someone else. So, it's important to keep in touch with us and make sure your contact information is up to date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not attend your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the services booked.
For online bookings and for new clients, we require a 25% booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be put on your salon account and will be applied to the cost of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not attend your appointment, your booking fee will be used as a cancellation fee. If you give us at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, we will give you the option to refund your booking fee or keep it on your account for future bookings. If paying a booking fee is not an option for you, you are welcome to try booking on the day, but please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific time or stylist without a booking fee.
